By some estimates, fewer than ten thousand knee replacements are done in Pakistan each year, while millions live with knee arthritis. Many people suffer for years because they do not understand their options. Sehatmand Qadam explains knee pain and its treatment in simple Urdu and English, and helps patients reach qualified orthopaedic surgeons.بعض اندازوں کے مطابق پاکستان میں ہر سال دس ہزار سے کم گھٹنے تبدیل ہوتے ہیں، جبکہ لاکھوں لوگ گھٹنوں کے آرتھرائٹس کے ساتھ زندگی گزار رہے ہیں۔ بہت سے لوگ برسوں تکلیف اٹھاتے ہیں کیونکہ انہیں علاج کے طریقوں کا علم نہیں ہوتا۔ صحت مند قدم گھٹنوں کے درد اور اس کے علاج کو آسان اردو اور انگریزی میں سمجھاتا ہے اور مریضوں کو مستند آرتھوپیڈک سرجن تک پہنچنے میں مدد دیتا ہے۔

Sehatmand Qadam is a non-profit patient awareness initiative based in Pakistan. Our formal registration as a non-profit organisation is in progress. Our pages are based on published medical research and guidance from recognised organisations, such as the World Health Organization, peer-reviewed journals and national joint registries.
